Children and Adolescents:

Hey there! If you're going through a tough time, just know you're not alone. Life can throw some serious curveballs, whether it's dealing with self-harm, dreading school, your parents splitting up, figuring out your identity, feeling the weight of grief, battling those nerves in social situations, feeling like you're on your own, or dealing with bullies. But guess what? You're stronger than you think, and I'm here to help you realize that. Together, we'll navigate through the ups and downs, and I'll be right by your side, cheering you on every step of the way.

Parents and Caregivers:

Hey, parents and caregivers! I know how tough it can be watching your child struggle. Whether it's worrying about them hurting themselves, having a hard time with school, dealing with the fallout of a divorce, figuring out who they are, coping with a loss, feeling anxious around others, experiencing that sense of loneliness, or being picked on, your heart goes out to them. You want to be their rock, their support system, and that's where I come in. Let's work together to support your child through these challenges. I'll give you practical advice and strategies to help you help them. We're in this together, and together we'll help your child thrive.
