I’m so glad you're here and taking the brave step to seek support. I know that living with PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body dysmorphias or learning challenges can feel overwhelming, especially as you navigate the many changes life throws your way. Whether you're transitioning into higher education, figuring out social interactions, or just trying to manage everyday life, it can feel like there’s always something new to handle.
I want you to know that I really understand that your journey is unique. As someone who has worked closely with kids, teens, and young adults facing similar challenges—whether it's dealing with the aftermath of trauma, the stress of transitioning into adulthood, or managing the complexities of Autism—my goal is to meet you where you are. I recognize that each experience is personal, and that your struggles with anxiety, depression, social situations, and learning difficulties don’t define you. They are part of the story, but not the whole picture.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by school demands or unsure how to navigate the social world, I get how frustrating and isolating that can be. If the pressures of growing up—figuring out who you are, what you want, and how to relate to others—feel like a constant weight on your shoulders, I understand how exhausting that can be. I also know that it can sometimes feel like people don’t get what you’re going through, and that’s why it’s important to me to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself and be heard.
I believe in supporting you to not only manage the symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, or depression but also in building on your strengths. You have the ability to grow, adapt, and find strategies that work for you. I’m here to help you with that process, whether it’s developing coping skills, learning ways to manage anxiety, navigating the challenges of school or social interactions, or simply finding more confidence in who you are.
Remember, you’re not alone in this. We’ll work at your pace, find what makes sense for you, and move toward a future where you feel more connected, more confident, and more in control of your own path. You’ve already taken an important step by reaching out—and I’m here to support you every step of the way
